Due to hygiene and health standards, all faja purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on compression garments.
Because fajas fit differently than regular clothing, please do not select your size based only on your usual clothing size. For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend booking a professional fitting or carefully reviewing our Size Chart and taking your measurements before placing your order.
In some cases, Snatch may approve an exchange if the item has only been tried on briefly and remains in sanitary, unworn condition. The garment must be free of body fluids, stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, damage, or signs of extended wear, and all original tags and packaging must remain intact. Clear photos must be submitted first so our team can inspect the item before approving an exchange. Snatch reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
The only guaranteed exception is if Snatch makes an error, such as sending the wrong size, color, or item. If we make a mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
